We're a small team of two best friends named Joe and Talan.

When you work with Trace, you work directly with us — hands-on. We've been best friends for almost five years, and we bring complementary skills that help brands grow fast and intentionally. Joe comes from a background in web design and brand development. Talan brings experience in content creation and creative direction. Together, we focus on what actually grows eCommerce brands: content strategy, email, and SMS that are all connected and built to drive revenue.

Our mission is to help eCommerce brands stop relying on guesswork. We work directly with founders to build content, flows, and campaigns that turn attention into consistent revenue. We're here to help you grow — without burning out or throwing money at tactics that don’t scale.

Location

We're based in Orlando, Florida.

We do most of our work in Orlando, but we work with clients all over the country. For content and strategy that need an in-person touch, we’ll travel wherever we need to go to get it right.
